Shipping policy

SHIPPING: 
All packages are sent via Australia Post. The minimum level packaging will be a tracked bubble mailer, including pokemon cards & K-POP Photocards.

Shipping price is determined by weight and size of your total order, with prices starting at $9.95.

DISPATCH & TRANSIT

In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been processed, and you should receive automatic tracking updates from Australia Post.

Please allow 2-14 business days transit time, international orders may have longer than usual transit times.

PROCESSING & PRE-ORDERS
Orders with multiple items will be held until every product has been processed.

If you are purchasing an item on pre-order and in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders. This enables us to deliver the in-stock items to you as soon as possible, as the pre-orders can be processed seperately.

Pre-orders can take up to 7-28 days to arrive to australia after the final available pre-order date. They will then be promptly processed and shipped out as per the standard shipping & processing times.

Some items may have details subject to change. This can include general descriptions, inclusions, shipping schedules, pre-order & release dates. 

These changes our out of our control and therefore we are not responsible for any changes. We do apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.

PRODUCTS MAY DIFFER FROM IMAGES:
All images are for reference only. Due to the nature of the products, each individual instance of an item may differ slightly.
