While we aim to accurately label the condition of each item - due to the nature of the product, each individual instance of an item may differ slightly.
Shipping
All packages are sent via Australia Post. The minimum level packaging for ALL products, including Pokemon singles and K-POP Photocards, will be a tracked bubble mailer.
Shipping price is determined by weight and size of your total order, with prices starting at $9.95.
Processing & Pre-Orders
In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been processed, and you should receive automatic tracking updates from Australia Post.
Orders with multiple items will be held until every product has been processed.
If you are purchasing both items on pre-order and in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders. This enables us to deliver the in-stock items to you as soon as possible.
Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that in most cases, we do not accept returns or refunds on singles and photocards, due to the nature of collectible items where minor differences and imperfections are expected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
